WHISTLEBLOWING
ASG Superconductors SpA, in pursuit of the values of legitimacy, integrity and transparency, provides a whistleblowing system for the reporting of offences provided for by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 ("Whistleblowing") through the following internal channels:

Once the report has been made, a code will be issued that will allow the whistleblower to re-enter the platform to check any requests for further clarifications, to send documents or useful information, as well as to know the outcome of the report.
- Oral reporting through a telephone contact with one of the members of the Supervisory Board, which can be reached at the following number +39 010 6489227, also for the purpose of requesting a direct meeting to report the above-mentioned offences orally. If the telephone number listed above is not working, make your report online using this website.
You can use the reporting system to report all those behaviours, acts or omissions that are likely to harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, of which the whistleblowers have become aware in the work context.
The Company undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the content of the Whistleblower's Reports, and of the Whistleblower, in compliance with the relevant legislation and the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
ASG Superconductors SpA, nel perseguire i valori di legittimità, integrità e trasparenza, mette a disposizione un sistema di Segnalazione degli illeciti previsti da Decreto Legislativo nr. 24/2023 (“Whistleblowing”) tramite i seguenti canali interni:

Una volta effettuata la segnalazione verrà rilasciato un codice che permetterà al segnalante di rientrare in piattaforma per controllare eventuali richieste di ulteriori chiarimenti, per inviare documenti o informazioni utili, nonché per conoscere l’esito della segnalazione.
- Segnalazione in forma orale attraverso un contatto telefonico con uno dei componenti dell’Organismo di Vigilanza, rintracciabile al seguente numero tramite centralino +39 010 6489227, anche al fine di richiedere un incontro diretto per segnalare oralmente i suddetti illeciti. In caso di malfunzionamento del numero telefonico si prega di effettuare la segnalazione tramite questo portale.
Il Canale di Whistleblowing può essere utilizzato per segnalare tutti quei comportamenti, atti od omissioni che siano idonei a ledere l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità della Società, di cui i whistleblowers siano venuti a conoscenza nell’ambito del contesto lavorativo.
La Società si impegna a tutelare la riservatezza del contenuto delle Segnalazioni del Segnalato e del Segnalante in ottemperanza alla normativa in materia e in conformità al regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR).
